Troubleshooting:
1. If your PC cannot recognize the camera as a Windows Hello camera, please check if your PC has the built-in infrared camera. If so, please disable it, then reinstall or restart the biometric service in your Windows 10 system. Then install HelloFace.inf. Then check if Group Policy settings need to be changed.
